Old Master Ma is back into business to clean up his gang. After all these years, his persistence to build a crooked bridge across the troubled waters between the Ma gang and Sin gang has not gotten weak. "Does our gang need to ask the Sin gang for permission to build the now desired crooked bridge?" he ranted. "Shouldn't the Ma gang be free to do things in its own territory?"
